Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- milk - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- Bisquick - 1/2 c
How to make coconut pie:
Put all into blender at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut over the top. Bake 40 minutes in 350° oven. Serve warm or cold.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
