Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 3
- can beer - 1 oz
How to make beer bread:
Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Gradually add beer (at room temperature), stirring until just moistened. Spoon into a well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Cool inRecipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
