Beef with peppers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- to 3 cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- can consomme - 1 item
- fresh ginger, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- beef tenderloin, cut in small slices
- green peppers or more - 1 c
How to make beef with peppers:
Heat pan; add oil and garlic. When garlic turns brown, remove. Add beef and brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add consomme and continue to cook until meat is tender. Add mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Cook until sauce thickens. Add green peppers, sliced lengthwise and ginger.
