Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- evaporated milk - 6 Tbsp
- oil - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine
- 4X sugar - 4 c
- fresh zucchini, shredded - 2 c
How to make chocolate zucchini sheet cake:
Frosting:1/2 c. margarine1/4 c. cocoa6 Tbsp. evaporated milk4 c. 4X sugar1 Tbsp. vanilla Cake: In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil. Add eggs, beat well. Combine dry ingredients to egg mixture, alternately with milk. Stir in zucchini and vanilla. Pour into greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until done.
