Chocolate zucchini sheet cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour
• evaporated milk - 6 Tbsp
• oil - 1 c
• cocoa - 1/4 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• margarine
• 4X sugar - 4 c
• fresh zucchini, shredded - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini sheet cake:

Frosting:1/2 c. margarine1/4 c. cocoa6 Tbsp. evaporated milk4 c. 4X sugar1 Tbsp. vanilla Cake: In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil. Add eggs, beat well. Combine dry ingredients to egg mixture, alternately with milk. Stir in zucchini and vanilla. Pour into greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until done. While cake is baking, mix frosting until smooth. Spread on cake while still hot.
