Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- beef, cubed - 1 lb
- egg noodles, cooked - 1 pkg
- or 1 can mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb
- beefy onion soup - 1 pkg
How to make beef stroganoff:
Brown meat in oil in a large skillet. Add onion and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add soups and 1 can of water. Add sour cream. Mix well. Simmer over low heat for at least 1/2 hour. Add additional water, if needed. Serve over hot noodleRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
