- salt and pepper - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 item
- tomatoes - 2 item
- onions - 2 item
- to 8 pork chops - 6 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Line Pyrex dish with 1 to 1 1/2 inches of cooked rice. Top each pork chops with 1 thick slice of onion, 1 slice bell pepper and 1 slice of fresh tomato. Pour beef broth over all.Bake at 350° about 1 hour or until chops are tender. Thickly sliced pork chops are best. Freezes well.
