Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- chopped carrot - 1 item
- medium can tomatoes - 1 item
- kielbasa - 1/2 lb
- Nine Bean Soup Mix - 2 c
How to make bean soup:
Soak beans overnight. Simmer for 1 hour in 3 quarts water. Add all ingredients except kielbasa and cheese. Simmer another hour. Add kielbasa and simmer 1 more hour. Serve hot, sprinkled with Parmesan.Recipe categories: For large groups, Soups & stews, Beans.
