Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 pkg
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- large can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- large can French-cut green beans - 1 item
How to make bean and corn casserole:
Drain corn and beans. Mix all ingredients together, except Ritz crackers and melted oleo. Put into greased casserole dish; top with the Ritz crackers (crushed) with 1 stick melted oleo. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Corn, Main dish, Casseroles.
