Ingredients/Components
- country-style ribs - 3 4
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- catsup - 3/4 c
- water - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- Tabasco - 1 tsp
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Place ribs in an uncovered roasting pan. Mix ingredients in bowl and pour over ribs. Baste and turn halfway through cooking. Bake at 325° for about 2 hours or until meat is cooked.Also good on chicken.
