- beef short ribs - 3 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- ketchup - 1 c
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
How to make barbecued short ribs:
