Barbecue salmon
Ingredients/Components
- dash of salt - 1 item
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- salmon steaks or fillets - 1 item
How to make barbecue salmon:
Combine all ingredients, but salmon, and shake well. Place salmon on rack in shallow pan, skin side down. Baste salmon with sauce 1/2 hour before broiling. Broil for 7 to 10 minutes until pieces just begin to flake. Do not overbake.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
