  • Romano cheese - 1 c
  • can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped yields 1 c - 1 oz

How to make artichoke dip:

Mix all ingredients and place in quiche pan. Bake in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with crackers.
