- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- lemon pepper - 1 item
- dill weed - 1 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- or 2 cloves garlic, crushed - 1 item
- some oregano or a little cayenne pepper if desired - 1 item
How to make mock boursin au poivre:
Blend cream cheese with garlic, caraway, basil and dill weed. Pat into round flat shape. Roll generously on all sides in lemon pepper. Make a few days ahead. Serve with assorted crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
