  • caraway seed - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • lemon pepper - 1 item
  • dill weed - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • or 2 cloves garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • some oregano or a little cayenne pepper if desired - 1 item

How to make mock boursin au poivre:

Blend cream cheese with garlic, caraway, basil and dill weed. Pat into round flat shape. Roll generously on all sides in lemon pepper. Make a few days ahead. Serve with assorted crackers.
