Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 8 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- water - 2/3 c
- vinegar - 4 tsp
- oatmeal - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce
- ketchup
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Sauce:8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce4 tsp. vinegar8 tsp. sugar1 1/3 c. ketchup2/3 c. water Mix meatball mixture well, then shape into small balls. Spray baking dish, place meatballs in dish and bake at 350° until brown. Drain.Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Place back in oven and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
