Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 8 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 2/3 c
  • water - 2/3 c
  • vinegar - 4 tsp
  • oatmeal - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • ketchup
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Sauce:8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce4 tsp. vinegar8 tsp. sugar1 1/3 c. ketchup2/3 c. water Mix meatball mixture well, then shape into small balls. Spray baking dish, place meatballs in dish and bake at 350° until brown. Drain.

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Place back in oven and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
