Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar
  • oatmeal - 1/3 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/2 tsp

How to make meat loaf:

Sauce:2 Tbsp. vinegar1 Tbsp. sugar1/4 c. water1/2 c. ketchup2 Tbsp. chopped onion1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place in a greased shallow dish and bake at 350°. After baking for 10 minutes, pour on sauce. Continue baking for 50 more minutes or until done, continuing to spoon sauce over meat loaf.
