Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- bottle ketchup - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- few drops of red hot sauce - 1 item
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Cut onion in slices and place in bottom of baking dish. Pour 1 cup of water over onion. Put meatballs on top of onion (fry meatballs first, just enough to get the grease out).Mix together ketchup, sugar, vinegar, mustard and hot sauce. Pour over top of the meatballs. Bake at 250° for 3 hours.
