Ingredients/Components
- salt
- oil - 3/4 c
- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- stalks celery - 3 item
- pepperoni - 1/2 lb
- small onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- tomatoes - 3 item
- Provolone cheese - 1/2 lb
- can black olives - 1 item
- shell macaroni - 1 lb
- small bottle olives - 1 item
How to make pasta salad:
Cook macaroni and drain. Cool. Cut cheese and pepperoni in bite-size pieces. Slice olives. Dice green pepper, celery and onion. Add to pasta. Add salt, pepper, oregano, oil and vinegar. Combine all ingredients except tomatoes. Chill overnight. Add diced tomatoes just before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Salads, Pasta.
