Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, diced - 1 item
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese - 1/2 c
- can biscuits - 1 item
How to make barbecue cups:
Brown meat and onion in skillet; add sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Roll biscuits and place in muffin pan with sides flowering over 1/4-inch. Pour meat mixture 3/4 full. Top with cheese. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, < 30 mins.
