- tomato juice - 2 c
- large onions - 2 item
- bottle hot catsup - 1 item
- bunch celery, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- hamburger or leftover shredded beef roast - 1 lb
How to make barbecue:
Brown meat, if using hamburger. Add onions, celery and tomato juice. Add hot catsup. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Keeps indefinitely.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Ground beef, Sandwich.
