Banana split cake



  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 2 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • large bananas - 4 item
  • graham crumbs - 2 c
  • small bottle maraschino cherries, drained - 1 item

How to make banana split cake:

Melt 1 stick margarine. Mix in graham crumbs. Pat mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix eggs, 1 stick margarine, confectioners sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until creamy. Spread mixture on top of crumbs. Slice bananas and arrange on top of mixture. Spread pineapple over bananas. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Top with cherries. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
