Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- yellow squash - 1 qt
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 8 oz
- large carrot, grated fine - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash until tender; drain well. Mix all ingredients except butter. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
