Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- 8 oz - 2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 12 oz
- dried oregano - 2 tsp
- ground beef, browned - 1 lb
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- can mushroom stems and pieces, drained - 1 oz
- can sliced ripe olives, drained - 1 1/2
- can tomatoes with liquid, cut up - 1 oz
How to make baked spaghetti:
In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add ground beef (browned). Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place half of spaghetti in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. TopRecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
