Baked seafood salad
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- can shrimp - 1 1/2
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- can crab meat, drained - 1 1/2
- each: chopped green peppers, onion and pimentos - 1/4 c
How to make baked seafood salad:
Combine first 2 ingredients, then add the next ingredients except for the butter. Stir into seafood mixture. Spoon into a 6 x 10 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Combine 1 cup breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over seafood mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
