Baked seafood salad
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- can crabmeat, drained and flaked - 1 1/2
- chopped pimiento - 1/4 c
- can shrimp, drained - 1 1/2
How to make baked seafood salad:
Combine crabmeat and shrimp; add celery, green pepper, onion and pimiento. Blend in separate bowl, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir into seafood mixture. Spoon into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle over seafood mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
