Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • soft bread crumbs - 1 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • can crabmeat, drained and flaked - 1 1/2
  • chopped pimiento - 1/4 c
  • can shrimp, drained - 1 1/2

How to make baked seafood salad:

Combine crabmeat and shrimp; add celery, green pepper, onion and pimiento. Blend in separate bowl, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir into seafood mixture. Spoon into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle over seafood mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
