Baked seafood casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- potato chips, crushed - 2 c
- onion, minced - 1/4 c
- celery
- crab meat - 1 lb
- cooked and deveined shrimp - 1 lb
How to make baked seafood casserole:
Mix together the crab meat, shrimp, mayonnaise, green peppers, onion, celery, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Completely cover with crushed potato chips. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
