Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- raw rice, cooked - 1/2 1
- fresh cooked shrimp - 2 cans
- can pimento, chopped - 1/2 item
- cans crab meat or 12 oz - 2 oz
How to make baked seafood casserole:
Group 2:1 c. mayonnaise1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper1/2 to 1 c. raw rice, cooked1 c. milk1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix all ingredients in each of the 2 groups, then blend together. Place in a 12-quart buttered casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes in a 375° oven. Amounts of pepper, onion, pimento and mushrooms may be increased, if desired.
