Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- oil
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onions, sliced - 2 item
- spareribs - 4 lb
How to make spareribs:
Sauce:2 Tbsp. oil2 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. brown sugar1/4 c. lemon juice1 c. catsup3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 Tbsp. mustard salt and pepper to taste1/2 c. water Put ribs and onions in pot and boil until ribs are tender. Remove and broil in oven until ribs are brown.Sauce: Combine all of the sauce ingredients and heat. Pour over ribs before serving.
