- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- to 8 pork chops - 6 item
- box cornflakes - 1/2 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Salt and pepper pork chops. Beat eggs; add milk. Crush cornflakes in plastic bag. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then in cornflake crumbs. Place foil on baking sheet. Place chops on foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
