Ingredients/Components
- oil - 4 Tbsp
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- chicken broth - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 8 tsp
- water - 3 Tbsp
- sliced carrots
- broccoli florets
- hot, cooked rice - 1 item
How to make oriental chicken:
Cut chicken in 1/2-inch strips. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet. Stir-fry chicken 3 to 4 minutes. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a separate skillet and stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch with water and stir into chicken.
