Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 4 Tbsp
• mashed bananas - 3 item
• pecans - 1/2 c
• banana - 1 item
• Add alternately with first 4 ingredients, then add pecans and vanilla
• powdered sugar or less - 1 lb

How to make banana cake:

Mix and sift together flour and soda. Add alternately with first 4 ingredients, then add pecans and vanilla. Bake at 325° to 350° for 45 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.Icing:1 stick butter, softened1 banana1 lb. powdered sugar (or less) Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
