Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter - 1/4 lb
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- medium potatoes, peeled - 8 item
- green onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make cheesy mashed potato casserole:
Cook potatoes until done; mash. Add remaining ingredients, except Cheddar cheese; mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
