Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • dash of garlic salt - 1 item
  • medium potatoes, peeled - 8 item
  • green onion, chopped - 1 item

How to make cheesy mashed potato casserole:

Cook potatoes until done; mash. Add remaining ingredients, except Cheddar cheese; mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 8.
