Cheesy potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter - 1/4 lb
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- chopped scallions optional - 1 c
- medium potatoes baking - 8 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Boil and cube potatoes. Mash and mix ingredients. Add Cheddar cheese after other ingredients are mixed. Place mixture in buttered (or Pam) 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Cool for 10 minutes. Can be cut and served in squares.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
