- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- milk
- 8 oz - 2 c
- 2 c - 8 oz
- bread crumbs and paprika optional - 1 item

In a saucepan, melt margarine. Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt and mustard. Add milk; heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens a little and is smooth.
