Baked flounder



Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- diced celery - 1/4 c
- herbed bread crumbs - 1 c
- to 6 flounder fillets - 4 item
- to 6 strips bacon, cut in half - 4 item
How to make baked flounder:
Mix bread crumbs, onion and celery. Salt and pepper to taste. Saute in butter until onion and celery are softened. Place dark skinned fillets in foil-lined pan, divide dressing evenly and top with light skinned fillets. Place 3 half strips of bacon on top of each.
