Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken, cut up - 3 4
- rice - 1 c
- can celery soup - 1 item
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Combine rice, mushroom soup, celery soup, water and milk. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with chicken pieces. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Dot with butter.
