- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp

- sour cream - 1 pt
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make baked cheesecake:
Filling:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. sugar3 eggs1 Tbsp. vanilla1 pt. sour cream Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan and sprinkle sides with graham cracker crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter. Pack firmly into bottom of pan.Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 cup of sugar. Add 1 egg at a time (3 total). Fold in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crumbs and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Turn off heat and leave in oven to cool for an hour.
