Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- lemon pepper - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- crushed potato chips - 1 item
- Ranch dressing - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter or oleo - 3 Tbsp
- or 4 catfish fillets - 2 item
How to make baked catfish fillets:
Salt and put lemon pepper on each fillet. Place in buttered casserole and spread 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing on each fillet. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on each piece. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Main dish, Catfish, Freshwater fish.
