  • dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • chicken pieces - 3 4
  • small jar apricot preserves - 1 item
  • small jar 1,000 island dressing - 1 item

How to make baked barbecue chicken:

Place chicken pieces in 9 x 13-inch pan. Heat preserves, dressing and soup mix until smooth (preserves will melt). Pour over chicken and bake for 1 hour, covered with foil. Remove foil and bake an additional hour.
