Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 tsp
- unsalted butter or margarine - 2 tsp
- acorn squash - 2 item
How to make baked acorn squash:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut acorn squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out and discard seeds. Place squash, cut side up, in baking pan. Fill cavities with dots of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fork-tender. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Vegetables.
