Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- all-purpose potatoes, cut into small chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Add all ingredients to a large plastic bag. Close bag and shake until evenly coated. Empty potatoes into a shallow baking pan coated with Pam spray. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
