Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- applesauce - 3 Tbsp
- acorn squash - 2 item
How to make baked acorn squash:
Wash and pierce squash with a fork. Place on paper towel in microwave. Cook 8 minutes on High power. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cut in half. Remove seeds. Mix the brown sugar, butter, applesauce, pecans and cinnamon all together. Fill cavity with the ingredients. Return to cook for 4 minutes on High.
