- dry mustard

- medium onion, diced - 1 item

- parsley - 1 item
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- bottle catsup
- celery salt - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
- liquid smoke

How to make barbecue brisket:
Marinade:2 Tbsp. liquid smoke salt and pepper celery salt medium onion, diced paprika nutmeg parsley2 garlic cloves, sliced Sauce:1 (12 oz.) bottle catsup1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard1 tsp. celery seed3 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Cut slits in brisket. Insert garlic slices. Mix marinade and pour over brisket. Refrigerate overnight. Drain. Mix sauce ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Brush on brisket. Bake brisket covered at 300° for 4 hours. Uncover. Baste and bake another hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
