  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • dried marjoram - 1/2 tsp
  • yellow squash, sliced diagonally - 3 item
  • red bell pepper, cut into 6 pieces - 1 item
  • zucchini squash, sliced diagonally - 3 item
  • purple onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices - 1 item
  • Marinade:1/3 c
  • garlic clove, pressed - 1 item

How to make grilled vegetables:

Optional: Any over veggies - mushrooms, green or yellow bell pepper, tomato, asparagus, etc.Marinade:1/3 c. olive oil1 garlic clove, pressed1/4 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. dried marjoram1/2 tsp. pepper Place veggies in heavy-duty Ziploc bag.

Whisk marinade together and pour over veggies. Marinate for 1 hour. Arrange evenly in a grill basket (or foil pan). Grill (grill closed) 20 minutes or until crisp and tender, turning and brushing occasionally with marinade.
