Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • hamburger
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • dried bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz - 1 c
  • instant beef bouillon - 1/2 tsp
  • slices thinly sliced bacon, cut into halves - 6 item

How to make bacon-wrapped little loaves:

Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients except bacon. Shape mixture into 6 little loaves. Crisscross 2 half slices bacon on each loaf, tucking ends under loaves. Place loaves on rack in shallow baking pan; bake uncovered 50 minutes.
