Bacon-wrapped little loaves
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- hamburger
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- dried bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz - 1 c
- instant beef bouillon - 1/2 tsp
- slices thinly sliced bacon, cut into halves - 6 item
How to make bacon-wrapped little loaves:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients except bacon. Shape mixture into 6 little loaves. Crisscross 2 half slices bacon on each loaf, tucking ends under loaves. Place loaves on rack in shallow baking pan; bake uncovered 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Beef.
