Bacon-wrapped little loaves
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- ground beef
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- instant beef bouillon - 1/2 tsp
- slices thin sliced bacon, cut into halves - 6 item
How to make bacon-wrapped little loaves:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients except bacon; shape mixture into 6 loaves. Crisscross 2 half slices bacon on each loaf. Tuck ends under loaf. Place loaves on a rack in a shallow baking pan; bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Beef.
