Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 t
- butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 t
- onion - 1/2 c
- cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Microwave onion and butter for 2 min. Mix all ingredients, hash browns last. Put into a 9x12 pan.Top with 2 c. crushed corn flakes, 1/4 c. melted butter (pour over flakes). Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min.
