- bacon, room temperature - 1 lb
- box Chicken in a Biskit crackers medium crumbs - 1 item
How to make bacon bits:
Cut bacon strips in quarters. Press each into cracker crumbs. Fold into a roll and anchor with toothpicks. Let set at least 2 hours. Place under broiler to brown. Turn for cooking both sides. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Bacon.
