Avocado deviled eggs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 3 Tbsp
- slices crisp bacon, drained and crumbled - 3 item
- hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise - 6 item
- medium avocado, finely chopped - 1 item
How to make avocado deviled eggs:
Set aside egg white; sieve yolks. Combine yolks with remaining ingredients except avocado. Mix well. Fold in avocado; refill egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika.
