Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- hard-cooked eggs - 6 item
- chopped green olives - 1 Tbsp
How to make deviled eggs:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish eggs with paprika. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
