Ingredients/Components
- baking soda - 1/8 tsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- old-fashioned Quaker oats 2 c - 1/2 lb
- brown sugar 3/4 c - 6 oz
How to make australian jack:
Warm fat sufficiently to rub into oats. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Press into flat pan. Bake at 400° until golden, about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, South west pacific, Australian.
